The accreditation demonstrates our commitment to paying our employees a rate of pay that allows them to enjoy a decent standard of living.
The real Living Wage, which is voluntary, is independently calculated annually by The Resolution Foundation based on the cost of living.
As a growing, socially conscious business, we believe that paying at least the real Living Wage is the right thing to do, and helps us attract and retain the best people. Not only that, we encourage our clients to become an accredited Living Wage Employer as part of their ESG policies and practices. We believe that it’s right to set the right example for our clients.
