We like to lead by example. If we are advising our clients to make these commitments, we believe we should demonstrate our own commitments to doing good business.
We cannot change the world on our own, but by making these commitments we can play our part in making the world a better place for our people, our communities and our planet.
In these challenging economic times, we know that many families and young children in our communities and across the world are at risk of severe poverty and hunger.
As a minimum, we will donate a percentage of our profit each year to charities and other good causes who work to tackle poverty and hunger in our society.
The success of our business depends on the people who work with us.
We are committed to providing the best possible working conditions for our people to thrive, based on fairness, equality and concern for their health & wellbeing
We are committed to the following actions as a minimum:

- Invest in training and development for all employees and key associates.
We will invest in healthy working lives initiatives for our employees and key associates, including flexible working and initiatives to promote physical and mental health.
Unsustainable patterns of consumption and production are the root causes of climate change, pollution and biodiversity loss.
Our reliance of natural resources has risen globally by over 65% between 2000 and 2019 (Sustainable Development Goals Report 2022).
We must act now.
