Our purpose is to put our clients in an advantageous position, giving you the best possible chance of winning new work ahead of your competition. With over a decade of procurement and work-winning experience, we know ‘what good looks like’ to your prospective clients.
Work winning is a whole company, strategic activity, with inputs from many departments and subject matter experts. ‘Bidding’ (should) start way before the client issues the tender to the market.
Helping clients win work through bids and tenders remains the core of Optimum Business Growth’s business model, and writing bids will remain an important part of our service offering.
